Agriculture

The GLOBALG.A.P Integrated Farm Assurance standard is the most common food safety standard for agriculture worldwide and in Israel (in the sub sector of fruits and vegetables). It defines Good Agricultural Practice. Formerly the EUREPGAP standard.

This is an innovative standard (distinct from the standard for the agricultural farm), for food safety at the initial step of the process – the plant propagation materials (for production of saplings for vegetables, trees etc.), and defines good agricultural practice at the level of the plant nursery.

This is not a separate standard, but an addition to the regular GLOBALG.A.P audit for the agricultural farm or nursery. GRASP stand for GLOBALG.A.P Risk Assessment on Social Practices.
